Be captivated by the breathtaking view of my balcony plunging on the Palais station, the Old Port and its neighboring shops. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms will be more than enough to accommodate up to 6 of your fellow travelers. I promise you will not be disappointed!

Every room in my newly renovated first class apartment has a modern and luxurious décor, in the only apartment in the borough that is rented in the short term.

The centerpiece of my penthouse is undoubtedly the open living room, the dining room and the kitchen, where everyone can meet to relax in front of the television and enjoy a traditional meal at the dining table. You will be able to share the pleasure of preparing a meal in the kitchen with a neat finish, which includes a full range of high quality appliances.

As you would expect from a penthouse, the view through the windows and balcony is breathtaking. If there is a street just below the terrace, the apartment has full soundproofing, which means you will hardly notice outside traffic.

There are three bedrooms in my penthouse: two with double beds, the third with 2 single beds. The two double bedrooms have their own TV and en-suite bathroom, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.

Paid parking is available nearby for those arriving by car.

The neighborhood
  My condominium is not only beautiful, it is also located close to the Gare du Palais, the bus and train station of Quebec City. This way, if you arrive here by public transport, it will take literally a few minutes before you relax in the penthouse and unwrap your luggage.

Getting around

The penthouse is located right in front of the bus and train stations, so getting around Quebec City has never been easier. Public transport (train, bus, taxi, etc.) is easy to access. Parking near the apartment is easy: paid parking is available in the surrounding streets. What's more, Old Quebec is only 5 minutes walk.
